Yale Alert - Robbery

on 07/12/2025 at around 22:02 a robbery which occurred at the rear of 79 howe St. Victim was approached by 2 unknown individuals. One individual took possession of victim’s cane and struck victim on the head. The other individual took possession of the victim’s bag containing two beverages. Both last seen headed thru the alley way on 210 Park St. Then headed south on park towards crown.
Description: offender one, wearing a surgical mask, dark hoodie and shorts. Offender two: black mask, white t-shirt with graphics and shorts.
Property was recovered and victim was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital for further evaluation.
